Fastener Seals

FASTENER SEALS
Fastener seals are used to seal the leak path on the shoulder of fasteners, and are designed so that after the fastener has been tightened the pre-determined interference between the fastener and the seal will cause the rubber to seal the clearance gap between the fastener and the mating components.

Standard fastener seals are 70-durometer NBR with zinc plated low carbon steel. Different material combinations are available upon request.

THREAD SEALS
Thread seals are reuseable, safe, reliable seals for threaded devices. Their design is unique… the first and only seal recommended for sealing directly against threads. They are self-centering, non-directional and are low in original cost; can provide considerable savings because they make possible the use of low cost standard fasteners and full threaded fittings.

Standard thread seals are 70-durometer NBR with zinc plated low carbon steel. Different material combinations are available upon request.

BONDED SEALS
Bonded Seals are used to seal the leak path on the shoulder of fasteners.
