ASTM A193 B7 Stud Bolt with Heavy Hex Nuts

Stud Bolt & Nuts

ASTM A193 Grade B7 Stud Bolts are fully threaded fasteners designed for use with two nuts, most commonly in flanged connections across petroleum, chemical, and general industrial applications.

For flange service, stud bolts feature continuous threading with chamfered ends to assist nut installation. Stud bolt length is measured from the first full thread on one end to the first full thread on the opposite end; the chamfered ends are not included in the measured length. This thread-to-thread measurement ensures proper nut engagement and consistent fit in flange assemblies. Stud bolts without chamfered ends are measured end-to-end.
